Yokan Recipe
Ingredients :

* 1/6 oz agar agar
* 4/5 cup water
* 2 cups sugar
* 1 1/4cup boiled azuki beans

​

Method :

​

Soak agar agar in water for a few hours. Add sugar in the water and simmer on low heat, stirring well. Add boiled azuki in the pan and simmer well. Pour the mixture in a flat container. Cool it until harden. Cut the yokan into bite-sized pieces to serve.

Makes 4 servings.
