Yogurt and Basil Appetizer (Laban ma' Habaq)
Ingredients :

4 cups yogurt, plain
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil, or 2 teaspoons dried basil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt to taste.

Method :
​
Place all ingredients in a blender; then blend for a few moments. Place in a serving bowl and chill. Serve as a dip with Arabic (pita) bread.
Serves 6 to 8.
