Vegetable Upma
Ingredients

Rava or Suji ( fried) 1 cup
Onion chopped 1
Green chilies 4-5
Carrot grated 2
Capsicum chopped 1
Tomato chopped 1 big
Beans chopped 1 cup
Ginger 1/2 spoon
Coriander Leaves
Curry Leaves
Lemon juice 1/4 cup
Turmeric 1t/s
Salt to taste

For Seasoning

Mustard Seeds 1/2 t/s
Green or red chilies 5-6
Urad dal 1/2 t/s
Chana dal !/2 t/s
Oil 1 tbl spoon

Method :

​

Heat oil and prepare seasoning ,
Put all the vegetables except lemon and green leaves,
Put water , Add salt, cover it and boil,
After the vegetables are completely boiled in water,
Add suji or rava to it stirring continuously,
After few minutes put curry and coriander leaves and mix well,
Take it out when it is done, and sprinkle lemon juice on the top of that, and mix it well . Upma is ready.
You can make this upma in rice suji OR Aval or Poha OR in noodles also.
