Vegetable Rice
Ingredients

1 cup rice
2 cup water
vegetable Beans or Cabbage Pieces 1 cup
Tamarind 2 t/s
Oil quarter cup
sambhar Powder 1t/s
Muster seeds 1 t/s
Green chilies 2
Coconut Grated half cup
Turmeric powder half spoon
Ground nuts(peanuts) quarter cup
Salt to taste.

Method :

Add water to the rice and prepare in a cooker.
Heat oil in a pan, and add muster seeds, when it splits add green chilies, Turmeric powder and peanuts..
After 2 minutes add vegetables to it.
Add tamarind juice or powder to it and pour half cup water.
Vegetables should boil inside the tamarind juice.
After 10 minutes when the vegetable's are boiled put sambhar powder and salt to it.
After 2 minutes add coconut to it.


This is a very easy dish and it consumes time too.
