Vegetable Pulave Easy Type 2
Ingredients

Rice - 1/2 K.G
Green Beans 10-12
Carrot - 2
Green Peas - 1/2 cup
Potato - 1
Tomato - 1
Oil or ghee or butter -1/2 cup
Cashew nuts - 10

For Wet Masala

Green chilies - 8
Coriander Leaves 1/2 bunch
Ginger 1/4 inch
Coconut fresh - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1
Cloves - 4
Cinnamon - 2
Coriander powder - 1/2 t/s
salt to taste

Method :


Grind all masala's with little water to make wet masala
Heat oil in a pressure cooker,
Add mustard seeds, add onions and fry them,
Add all the precooked vegetables (beans, carrot, tomato, potato, peas)
Add ground wet masala and add salt,
Mix well, after 3 minutes add Rice and water,
Close the lid, allow for 1 pressure,
Add fried cashew nuts and curry leaves for decoration.
Easy and fast Pulave is ready to serve.
