Vegetable Pulave
Ingredients

Rice 4 cups
Carrot pieces 1/4cup
Root Cabbage 1/4 cup
Beans 1/4 cup
Green peas 1/4 cup
Cauliflower 1/4 cup
Bread pieces 1/4 cup
Onion 1/4 cup
Cashew nuts 1/4 cup
Green chilies 4-5
Cloves and cinnamon 1 t/s
Cardamoms 1t/s
Ginger 1/2 t/s
Coconut grated 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
!/4 cup ghee.

Method :

​

Grind warmed coriander and green chilies, with coconut, cinnamon, cloves, ginger.
Boil the vegetable and put this paste inside that,
In another vessel heat ghee add onion, cinnamon, cloves and cardamoms. add rice to it,
Add ghee and salt,
when the rice is boiled add it to the vegetable mixture,
Fry bread pieces in ghee and put inside this mixture,
Now the vegetable pulave is ready.
