Vegetable Makhanwala Recipe
Ingredients

​

Beans (cut) - 1/4 cup
Cabbage(cut) - 1/2 cup
Peas - 1/4 cup
Carrots - 2 nos
Capsicum - 1 no
Butter - 3 tbsp
Paneer cubes - 8 nos

For grinding:

Onion - 1 no
Tomatoes - 2 nos
Ginger
Garlic pods - 3 nos
Red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 2 nos
Grated coconut - 3 tbsp
Poppy seeds(Khashakhasha) - 2 tsp
Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1/2" piece
Cardamom(Elakka) - 2 nos
Cloves(Grambu) - 3 nos
Curry leaves
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil or ghee - 2 tsp

Method :

​

1)Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and pressure cook them (except capsicum).

2)Grind all the ingredients by adding very little water.

3)Heat butter in a skillet.

4)Add ground masala and fry well.
Keep frying till oil separates from masala.

5)Add all cooked vegetables and little water. Cover the lid and cook for a few minutes.

6)Before removing from fire, add paneer cubes.

7)Garnish with coriander leaves and onions.

:- Serve hot.
