Urad dal 1/2 cup
Pepper 1 t/s
Oil 2 cups
Green chilies 2-3
Salt to taste

Method :

​

Rinse Urad dal for 4-5 hour and grind it to a paste,
Take this paste in a container and add pepper ,salt,greenchillies,
Mix it well, Dough should be thick.
Heat oil, put this dough round in shape, leave space in the middle,
And fry golden yellow color.
Eat with Idli , chutney, sambhar.
