Ingredients & Method :

milk mixed with water 500ml, butter 80 gr, flour 300 gr., eggs 8, sugar 150 gr., little rum, lard to fry.

making it

Boil the water and the milk, take off from the fire and add the butter and allow it to melt.

Then add the flour, the eggs, the rum and the sugar always mixing. If should become a soft and neat consistency.

Spoon it into a frying pan.

Serve hot and sprinkled with sugar.
