Tangy Beef Stew
Ingredients :

1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2lb beef cut in 1 inch cubes
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 cup water
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbs worcestershire sauce.
1 large onion chopped
1/2 green pepper cut in strips
3 carrots cut in 2 cm pices
3 potatoes cut in chunks.

Method :

​

combine flour.1 tsp salt and pepper.coate meat with flour mixture.in a large fry pan.brown meat on all sides in hot oil.combine water ketchup.brown sugar.vinegar and worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp salt.stire into browned meat.add onion.cover.cook over low heat for 45 minutes stirring occasionally.add remaining vegetables.cook until meat and vegetables are tender,approximately 45 minutes serves 8.
