Sweet Coleslaw
Ingredients :

Sugar 1 cup
Vinegar, cider or white 1/2 cup
Onion chopped 1/2 each
Mustard, dry ground 2 t
Celery seed 1-2 t
Salt & pepper to season
Oil 1/2 cup
Cabbage shredded 1 head

Method :
​
1. Place sugar, vinegar, onion and seasonings in a blender. Turn the blender on and slowly pour in the oil through top opening of blender.
2. Place cabbage in a large bowl. Pour over dressing and toss to coat well. Cover and chill well before serving.
Variations :
* If you don't have celery seed, substitute 1-2 stalks of well chopped celery.
* Add more or less mustard to make the dressing more or less spicy.
