Squids Salad
Ingredient :

5 ea squids
2 ea pickles
1 ea carrot
1 ea onion
3 ea potatoes
100 g green peas
mayonnaise to dress
salt to taste
pepper to taste
greens to taste

Method :
​
Peel boiled potatoes and carrot. Then cube vegetables, julienne boiled squids and dice onion. Combine all the ingredients and dress with seasons and oil. Serve in a glass bowl, sprinkled with greens.
