Sprouted moong salad recipe
Ingredients
​
1 cup Steamed Sprouted Moong
1 Onion chopped
1 Tomato chopped
salt to taste
Red chili powder to taste
11/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4th tsp. roasted cumin (Jeera) powder
Finely chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp. grounded sugar (optional)

Method :
​
* Wash and drain sprouts.
* Add Onion, tomato and other ingredients.
* Mix well.
* Garnish with coriander.
* Note: Other sprouted lentils can also be used in place of moong.
