Simple Chilly Chicken Recipe
Ingredients

Chicken - 2 lbs
(skinned)
Green chillies - 10 nos
Cumin leaves - 5 sticks
Black pepper - 20 nos or as reqd
Salt - As reqd
Raw garlic pods - 2 - 3 nos
(dont remove the skin)
Onion(fienly chopped)

Method

​

1) Clean and wash the chicken.

2) Boil it in a cooker, upto 1 whistle.

3) Drain off the water.

4) Make a paste of green chillies, black pepper, salt, cumin leaves and garlic.

5) Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai or a pan.

6) Add onions and fry, till they turn golden brown.

7) Add the paste and stir again.

8) Stir, till the oil starts to separate.

9) Add the chicken pieces along with one and half cups of water and cook it on a medium flame.

10) Cook, till the water gets evaporated.
