Sandwich grille au chocolat et aux cacahuetes
Ingredients :

* 8 slices of brioche
* 4 oz. best quality chocolate
* 1-1/2 oz. unsalted peanuts
* 4 Tablespoons butter, softened

Method :
​

1. Roughly grate the chocolate and chop the peanuts. Put some of the chocolate aside for garnishing the finished sandwiches.

2. Toast the peanuts in a small non-stick skillet over med-high heat for about 2 minutes.

3. Spread some of the butter on 4 slices of the bread. Top with the grated chocolate and sprinkle with the peanuts.

4. Butter both sides of the remaining 4 slices of bread. Place on top of the chocolate.

5. Put a skillet over medium heat and add a sandwich, butter side down. Butter the side that is up. Cook for 2-3 minutes and turn. Finish cooking. Remove and keep warm while you finish with the rest of the sandwiches.

To serve:

Cut the sandwiches in two, sprinkle with some of the reserved chocolate and serve hot.
