Salmon Mousse
Ingredients :

# 1/2 cup water
# 1 Tbsp gelatin
# 1 small can red salmon
# 1/2 cup sour cream
# 1 Tbsp lemon juice
# 2 spring onions, chopped
# 3 shakes pepper
# 4 lettuce leaves

​

Method :

Soften gelatin in water - dissolve. Mix dissoved gelatin with salmon, sour cream, lemon juice spring onions and pepper. Pour into 4 1/2 cup molds, and allow to set in refrigerator overnight. Turn out onto lettuce leaves on plates. Serve. Serves 4.
