Raw Apple Charlotte
Ingredients :

600 g apple (preferably sweet)
2 oranges
8-10 macaroon
sugar to taste
25 ml cream
almonds, pecan or walnuts

Method :

​

Crush the macaroons coarsely and place in the bottom of a serving bowl. Drizzle with 2-3 tbsp orange juice. Grate the apples coarsely and mix with orange juice to avoid discoloration. Add sugar to taste and a little grated orange peel. Spread the apples over the macaroons and place a layer of whipped cream on top. Drizzle with almonds, pecan or walnuts. Can be made with apple sauce.
