Ingredients

Puffed Rice Aval rice 2 cups
Jaggery 2 cup
Chick peas roasted 1 cup
Peanut roasted and splitted 1 cup
Dry coconut pieces 1/2 cup

Method :

​

Take Jaggery with water in a container and heat it,
When the mixture comes out like a thread take it out,
Pour a soute of this mixture on the above mixture
Take a hand full of mixture and make a small ball out of it,
If the jaggery mixture is correct, ball will not split,
store it in a dry container, eat when ever you want,

This can be kept for 15-20 days.
You can also fry dry rice and it becomes puffed rice.
