Pudina (Mint) Rice
Ingredients

Mint (Pudina) leaves 1 bunch pieces
Cloves 2-3
Cardamoms - 1/2 t/s
Cinnamon - 1 -2
Pepper 1-2 t/s
Ghee 1 tb/s
Ginger,onion paste,
Green chilies 1-2
Rice 2 cups
Coconut 1/2 cup
Salt to taste

Method :
Fry rice in 2 t/s of ghee for 2-3 minutes
Fry cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon in ghee,
Put all the ingredients in cooker,
and put 4 cup of water and boil them,
Garnish with coconut grated.
Pudina rice is ready to eat .
This is a fast, easy, delicious dish which i learned from my friend.
