Reena Srivastava Lock Down Cafe presents Nasi Minyak Batanghari Ayam Masak Hitam (Jambi Aromatic Spiced Rice, Spiced Pineapple Compote, and Braised Chicken with Black roasted Spiced Grated coconut). Recipe credit "Flavors of Indonesia" by Master chef William Wongso (page 134) substituted chicken instead of beef in the original recipe.
