Ingredients

​

1 kg Goa rice
3 coconut, grated
2 tbsp water
500 gms coconut jaggery
1/2 tsp cardamom powder

​

Method

​

1. Roast the rice on a griddle
2. Grind into powder
3. Crush the jaggery
4. Put water and put on medium flame will jaggery dissolves
5. Add grated coconut, and cook till mixture is almost dry
6. Cool it
7. Grind the mixture to form thick paste
8. Add the flour and cardamom powder and mix it well
9. Make small balls of the dough
10. Keep it open for 1-2 hours till dry
11. Store in air-tight container

Makes: 10-12 balls
Shelf-life: 1 week
