Peas alla Romana
Ingredients :

2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Onion, finely chopped
6 Rashers Streaky Bacon
450g/1lb frozen Peas
Salt & Pepper
A pinch of Sugar

Method :
​
1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and gently brown the onion. Add the bacon and fry over medium heat for 10 minutes.
2 . Add the peas, salt, pepper and sugar, cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately.
