Ingredients :

# 4 300g (10oz) cans kidney beans, drained
# 8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
# 1 cup finely chopped onion
# 2 cups chopped celery
# 1/3 cup relish, pickles or chutney
# 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
# 2 cups sour cream

Method :

Combine all Ingredients : into a bowl and serve. Served 4 - 6
