Pasta and Veggie Salad
Ingredients

​

1 cup macaroni boiled (boiled measure 1 cup)
1 capsicum finely chopped
2 carrots chopped into 1" sticks
1 onion thinly sliced
10-12 french beans chopped into 1" pieces
1 potato peeled, chopped into 1" sticks
1 tsp. coriander
1 tbsp. grated cheese or paneer
1 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar powdered
1 small green chilli
1 small flake garlic peeled
Salt to taste

Method :

​

1. Boil carrot, potato, beans together till tender.
2. Pour cold water over them to cool immediately.
3. Drain out all the water. Keep aside.
4. Cursh garlic and chilli finely under a stone.
5. Take macaroni in a large bowl, add ginger-garlic.
6. Add all other ingredients except coriander and cheese.
7. Toss well till veggies and seasoning are well blended.
8. Garnish with cheese and coriander.
9. Chill well before serving.
