Paneer Kababs
Ingredients

​

1/2 cup paneer, grated
2 raw bananas, boiled, peeled and grated
2 tbsp singhare flour
1/4 cup coarsely grounded peanuts
Salt (rock salt) as per taste
Oil for dee frying

Make paste of:
2-3 green chillies
1" ginger

Method :

​

1. Mix all the ingredients except oil
2. Make small balls of the mixture
3. Heat oil for deep frying
4. Deep fry the kababs till golden brown
5. Remove and drain
6. Serve hot

Making Time: 30 minutes
Shelflife: Best fresh
Makes: 10-12 Kababs
