Orange Chicken
Ingredients

​

4 x Chicken Portions
1 x Onion, Peeled and Thinly Sliced
1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
pn Turmeric or Paprika
1 pt Unsweetened Orange Juice
2 tsp Orange Marmalade
TO SERVE
Boiled Rice, Noodles or Potatoes.

Method :

​

* Preheat oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4.
* Put chicken portions into casserole dish. Sprinkle over onion, rosemary, ginger and turmeric or paprika. Pour over orange juice and stir in marmalade.
* Cover and cook for about 45 minutes until the chicken is tender. Serve with boiled rice, noodles or potatoes.
