Ingredients

Rice flour 2 cup
myda flour 1 cup
Besan flour 1/2 cup
Peanut 1/2 cup
Chana 1/2 cup
Soda - bi - carb - a pinch
Coconut - 2 cups
Chilli powder 2 t/s
Salt to taste
Ghee to fry

​

Method :


Grind coconut and make a paste,
MIx all the flours and add this coconut paste,
Fry peanuts and chana in ghee Add to the above mixture,
Add salt and chilli powder to it,
MIx all the ingredients with water into a roti dough,
Make small small roti and fry in ghee into red color.
