Mushrooms with Sauce
Ingredient :

6 ea boletus mushrroms
6 ea honey mushrooms
6 ea field mushrooms
6 ea safron milk-cap mushrooms
2 tb greens chopped
1 tb capers
4 tb vegetable oil
1 ts mustard
vinegar, salt, pepper
Method :

· Method
Chop mushrooms in sticks. Mix greens, capers, oil, mustard and other ingredients on your taste. Pour the sauce over mushrroms and decorated with dill.
