Ingredients

Curds 1 cup
Aval 1 cup
Ghee 2 t/s
Mustard seeds 1/2 t/s
Urad dal 1/2 t/s
Chana dal 1/2 t/s
Red or green chilies 3-4
Ginger 1/2 t/s
Coriander and curry leaves
Coconut 1/4 cup.
Salt to taste

Method :

​

Take aval in a container and mix it with curds , keep it for some time.
Heat ghee put mustard seeds , chilies and dals.
Put this mixture inside the container,
Add salt , coriander , curry leaves ginger and coconut.
And its ready to eat and it can be prepared in less time.
