Methy Rice
Ingredients

Methy leaves 1/2 bunch
Rice cooked 4 cups
Oil - 2 t/s
Mustard seeds 1/2 t/s
Green chilies 4-6
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Lemon juice - 2 t/s
​
Method :
Heat oil, put mustard and chilies, turmeric,
put methy leaves,
Fry them for 2-3 minutes,
Add rice,
Garnish with coconut and
Sprinkle lemon juice on the top.
This is a healthy and fast dish.
