Masala Pakoda
Ingredients


Besan flour 2 cups
Onion Chopped 1
Green chilies 5-6
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Ginger
Oil to fry
Salt to taste

Method :

​

Mix all the ingredients in a container except oil,
Put 1 cup water to the ingredients and mix well to form a paste,(Should not be too liquid)
Heat oil ,and Pour a spoon of the mixture and heat it in the oil,
When it becomes golden yellow color, remove it,
You can eat this with rice or as a evening snack.
