Mango Rice
Ingredients


Green Mango grated 1/2 cup
Rice cooked 4 cups
Oil - 2 t/s
Peanuts - 1/4 cup
Mustard seeds 1/2 t/s
Green chilies 4-6
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder 1/2 t/s
Curry leaves
salt to taste

Method :


Heat oil, put mustard and chilies, turmeric,
Fry them for 2-3 minutes,
Add peanuts and fry them,
Add rice,
Add Mango to it,
Add salt and mix well.
Garnish with coconut and Curry leaves
