​Mango Chutney
Ingredients
​
Raw Mango 1
Jaggery 2 t/s
Fenugreek seeds 1t/s
Asafoetida 1/4 t/s
turmeric 1 pinch
grated coconut 1/2 cup
Red chillie powder 1 1/2 t/s
salt

Method :
​
Peel the raw Mango and grate it,
Roast genugreek seeds till they are light brown color,
Add the cooled seeds to the mango with other ingredients,
Keep it for 1/2 an hour and grind it with water,
Tastes good with chappati , white rice and ghee.
