Lobster Cakes

Ingredient :

1 egg
1/3 cup KRAFT Mayo Real Mayonnaise
1 tsp. ground cumin
3 cups chopped cooked lobster
24 RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup cornmeal
2 Tbsp. oil

Method :

Beat egg lightly in medium bowl. Stir in mayo and cumin. Add lobster, crushed crackers and onion; mix well.
Shape evenly into 6 patties; coat both sides with cornmeal.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add patties; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
