Lizzie's Savoury Pudding
Ingredients :

4 slices homemade bread
4 potatoes (boiled & chopped fine)
I onion, chopped fine
Newfoundland Savoury

Method :
​
Soak bread in cold water for one minute, drain and cut up fine. Add potatoes, onion and savoury. Bake in loaf pan for 1/2 hour. Sprinkle a few tablespoons of the drippings om you roast or chicken. Bake for 1 hour more or until brown. Serve with gravy, meat and vegetables.
