Levesbe (Little Dumplings)
Ingredients :

1 each Eggs
3 tablespoons Flour -- all-purpose
1 pinch Salt
1 teaspoon Oil -- vegetable
​
Method :
​
Mix egg with flour and salt. Spoon mixture into boiling soup, using 1/4
teaspoon at a time. Cook in the soup for 2-3 minutes just before serving.
