Ingredients

Allpurpose flour 1lb
sugar 1lb
eggs 10
butter 1lb
candid fruits 1cup
baking poweder 1teaspoon
jathica 1/2teaspoon
vanila 1teaspoon

Method :

Swift flour and baking poweder together and put it away. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg yoke and beat it good. Add flour. mix it with a spoon. Make sure you don't mix too much once the flour added.Then add fruits, vanila and jathica poweder.Beat the eggwhite until it makes fom and add to the bater. Add burnt sugar four colour.Leave it for about 15 minutes.pour it in to a buttered squre pan,about 1/2 the pan.bake for 3o minutes at 350.or until the center is clear when you inseart a spoon.

To burn the sugar heat the frying pan. Put 2 table spoon sugar stir it until it becomes brown.then add 4 table spoons of hot water and mix well. make sure it cools realy well before add to the cake mix.
