Kara Bundi
Ingredients

Besan or Gram flour - 4 cups
Peanuts fried - 1 cups
Coconut slices - 1 cups
Chilli Powder - 2 t/s
Salt to taste
Ghee to fry
Curry leaves

​

Method :

​

Add salt and chilli powder to the besan flour,
Add water and make a idli type batter,
Heat ghee and pour a mixture of batter inside the laddu jallery or hand mixer with holes,
It will fall like small small balls,from the jallery, inside the ghee,
Fry them and keep aside,
Add peanuts, coconut and curry leaves
Karabundi is ready to eat
