Kahlua Cheesecake
Ingredients :

Crust Ingredients :
330 ml (1 1/3 c.) Graham Crumbs
60 ml (1/4 c.) Sugar
80 ml (1/3 c.) Butter

Method :

Melt butter. Add crumbs and sugar. Press into 22 cm (9 in.) spring form pan. 25 cm (1 in.) up sides.

Filling Ingredients :
675 g (24 oz.) Cream Cheese
125 ml (1/2 c.) White Sugar
125 ml (1/2 c.) Brown Sugar
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Flour
10 ml (2 tsp.) Vanilla
3 Eggs
60 ml (1/4 c.) Kahlua

Method :

Blend cream cheese, sugar, and flour, then eggs one at a time. Add Kahlua.
Bake at 450 for 10 min. Reduce heat to 250. Cook for 55 to 60 min.
Remove from oven and run knife around pan. Let cool at room temp.
