Jhatpat chicken Recipe
Ingredients

​

Chicken - 1 kg
(preferably cut into small pieces)
Tomatoes(chopped) - 5 - 6 nos
Onions(medium) - 3 nos
(chopped)
Green chillies - 6 - 7 nos
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Salt - As required
Oil

 

Method :

​

1)Heat oil in a pan.

2)Add onions and saute till golden brown.

3)Add the ginger garlic paste along with green chillies and saute and simmer for about 2 mins.

4)Add tomatoes and saute till they become tender and the mixture is juicy.

5)Add the chicken along with the required salt and saute.

6)Cook by covering the lid, till the chicken is tender.

7)Once the chicken is cooked, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

:- Serve with thin white rice.
