Huliyavalakki
Ingredients

Aval or Poha or Avalakki 2 cup
Jaggery 2 t/s
Tamarind juice 1 cup
Sambhar Powder 2 t/s
Peanuts 1/2 cup
Curry leaves
Oil 1 tbl spoon
Muster seeds 1 t/s
uraddal 1 t/s
Chana dal 1 t/s
Red chilies 1-2
Dry coconut grated 1/2 cup
Salt to taste

Method :

Grind Dry Aval in mixer, it should be like suji,
Make Tamarind juice 1 cup and add Sambhar powder to it.
Put that aval inside a container and rinse in Tamarind juice and Sambhar powder,
Put jaggary to that mixture and leave it to rinse for 10-15 minutes,
Heat oil add mustard seeds, chilies, chana and urad dal, then add peanuts and curry leaves to it and fry well. add this seasoning to the Aval mixture and put dry coconut and mix it well.
Your Huliyavalakki is ready to eat and serve.
