Green chile sauce
Ingredients & Method :

Saute 1 cup finely diced onions in 1/3 cup oil until tender. Add 3 cloves finely minced garlic. Whisk in 1/3 cup flour. Add 2 cups chicken stock or water, slowly at first. Continue to whisk until mixture thickens. Add water if too thick. Add 1 to 1-1/2 cups diced green chiles and salt to taste.
