​Grated Carrot Salad
Ingredients
​
2 cups carrot grated
2 green chillies slit
1 tsp. coriander leaves finely chopped
1/2 lemon juice extracted
1/2 tsp sugar powdered
Salt to taste
1 tsp. oil

Method :
​
1. Heat oil in a heavy pan.
2. Add chillies, grated carrots, stir.
3. Take off fire.
4. Add all other ingredients, except coriander.
5. Mix well. Chill before serving.
Making time: 15 minutes
Makes: 2 servings
