Fresh Cucumber
Ingredients

Cucumber 1
Puffed rice 1/2 cup
Carrot grated 1/2 cup
Chili Powder 1/2 t/s
Lemon juice 1 t/s
Tomato 1/2
Salt to taste

Method :

​

Cut cucumber vertically, apply salt and chili Powder,
on the top of that spread puffed rice,
On the top of that put grated carrot,
Sprinkle lemon juice over that,
If you want put tomato small pieces on the top of that and eat
