French Bean Fry
Ingredients

French beans 1 pound
Onion 1
Egg 1
Oil 1 tablespoon
water 1/2 cup

​

Method :
​

Cut the beans into 1 inch pieces and cut the onions into small slices. Heat oil in a kadai or frying pan add the onion slices and saute until they are soft add in the beans and fry for 2 minutes and add water and cook until the beans are well done. Now break the eggs into the beans and stir after 1 minute. It can be served with plain rice.
