Egg Masala Recipe
Ingredients

Egg : 4
Large Onion : 3/4 cup [slices]
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric : 1/4 tsp
Pepper [Powder] : 1/2 tsp
Chilly Powder : 1/2 tsp
Cardamom : 6
Cloves : 4
Cinnamon : 1 piece
Small onion : 6
Garlic : 6 flakes
Aniseeds : one pinch
Tomato slices : 1/2 cup
Dalda : 2 tbsp

Method :

Boil the eggs and remove the shell. Make long slits on eggs. and keep aside. Grate the masala [coriander, pepper, turmeric, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, red chilly, garlic and aniseeds] .

Sauté adding large onion slices. Mix the small onion slices and tomato slices .Stir well. Place the eggs. Stir carefully. When the oil clear ladle into a serving plate Ladle the eggs first and pour the gravy on the eggs.
