Ingredients

Cilantro chopped fine, stems & all 1 bunch
Onion chopped 1 each
Hot chili peppers minced 1-2 each
Lemon juice 1/4 cup
Cayenne pepper pinch
Garam masala (opt.) 1/2 t
Salt 2 t

Method :

Basic Steps: Blend
1. Pulse in a food processor or blender till almost pureed, but still somewhat chunky.

Note

* Make sure you chop the cilantro stems very finely or they will leave strings in your chutney.
