Devilled Carrots
Ingredients :

# 375g ( 13oz) carrots
# 1 Tbsp butter, melted
# 2 tsp brown sugar or honey
# 1 tsp mustard
# 3 shakes cayenne
# 1 Tbsp water

Method :

Prepare carrots and cut into sticks. Saute' in butter for 2 minutes, add other Ingredients :. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve. Serves 4
