Custard with Cream
Ingredients

fresh milk 500ltr
custard powder 2 heaped table spoons
sugar 5table spoons
fresh cream 2tin
dream whip powder 2 small sachet
canned fruits bread sliced with edge cut pistachio for garnishing

Method

​

Boil the milk with 2 table spoons of sugar (remove 2table spoons of milk to stir the custard powder in to paste) then add the paste into the boiled milk and stir until proper consistency. Remove from fire and pour into a 3-4 inch deep rectanguler vessel. Place the bread pieces into custard. The bread pieces must be properly immersed into the custard so better pour half the cutard then place the bread and pour in the remaining custard. Now place this in the fridge for quite some time, then place the fruit pieces on the custard place back the custard into the fridge. Now beat the fresh cream with the whipping powder and 2 table spoons of sugar till the ceam is fluffy. While beating if you place the beating vessel in another vessel containing cold water you can save time. Now spread this cream onto the custard. Garnish the pudding with pista powder completely. Cover the vessel with aluminium foil and place in the fridge for half day. Your pudding is ready and its easy to make.
