Curd Rice
Ingredients

Rice 1cup
Water 2 cups
Buttermilk2cups
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Raisins
Pomegranates seeds 1/2 cup
cashew nuts
Oil teaspoons
urad dal half t/s
chanadal 1/2 ft/s

muster seeds 1/2 t/s

Green chilies 2 or three
Salt to taste.

Method :

​

Wash rice in water and put two cups of water, prepare rice in the cooker.
Take the rice in a container , spread the rice and add buttermilk,
Add raisins, Pomegranates , cashew nuts, coriander leaves and curry leaves.
Heat oil and put muster seeds , when it splits, add chilies chanadal, urad dal add these to the rice.
Put salt to taste.


Mix well and keep aside for some minutes and serve.
If you keep it for more time it becomes hard , so before serving add some more buttermilk to it.
